This item is in good though definitely used condition from a smoke free pet free home. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. There are marks on the pool and overall it does show wear on many pieces so expect it to be very played with. It's very tightly packed into the carrying case, which also has many marks that I'm sure are removable but it's something to be aware of. PRICE IS FIRM.
