This figurine is 4.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall. Fine bone color porcelain with a clear glaze. The works of artist Dorothy Okumoto were between 1950 to 89. She produced fine porcelain with her signature mark- the plumeria flower from her homeland Hawaii. She had designed many works of art for former presidents. This figurine is signed on bottom:

This figurine is preowned, mint condition. It was a collector estate purchase and I haven't found this cat figurine online yet. I consider it somewhat rare.
