1988 Franklin Mint Porcelain Hand Painted Figurine, "Rascals" by Gail Ferretti. This piece is 6-1/2" tall, 6" across, and 5"deep. This piece is in excellent condition, with no nicks, cracks, or breaks. These are beautifully hand painted in fine porcelain, and very detailed. They feature kittens on top of fabric or a blanket playing with sewing notions. Very cute piece and a great gift idea! Please feel free to ask questions.
