This is a new, unsewn bolt of silk mon-sha fabric.

This is a mon-sha kimono fabric with a small checkered pattern and a sheer texture. The fabric is dyed black and features a komon (small pattern) design of floral arabesques.

It can be used for summer kimonos, or as a dust coat or haori for three seasons. The fabric has a firm texture.

If you would like to have it sewn, we can provide the service for an additional 39,000 yen, which includes water shrinking, hand-sewn tailoring (single-layered kimono, single-layered michiyuki coat, or haori), and stain protection.
Kimono tailoring includes a silk seat lining, collar lining, and back lining.
The tailoring process will take approximately 40 to 50 days.
