One of a kind handmade dress from the 70s.
Empire waist, cowl neck, 3/5 sleeves, center back zipper, attach tie belt.
Fabric: Likely polyester, double knit and has a bit of stretch.

Beautiful mint green color with floral trim on the sleeves and in the center panel.
