This is an extremely rare bag!! I could only find one other available for sale. Marc Jacobs teamed up with artist Julie Verhoeven to design handbags, shoes and ready-to-wear merch for his Spring 2017 line. A fashion illustrator, Verhoeven has also lent her hand to Louis Vuitton and Versace and creates limited edition pieces that have 'collector's item' written all over them.
Please look at pictures as I have tried to include all images that show wear. There are a couple small spots that I circled in addition to some wear/dirt on a few appliqués. No marks on bottom of bag and other than two small marks on the inside, it is spotless.
