Vintage 1991 Message NOTE IN A BOTTLE Plastic Beach Postcard Letter With Cork

Vintage note in a bottle postcard is a plastic bottle with a cork on top measures approximately 3" x 7". Has a label that says 'Dropping you a line' with an image of a man relaxing in a boat fishing at the edge of a sandy island with palm trees. On the other side is a label that has areas to write address and return address and it indicates that it takes to first class postage stamps. I do not know if this is still legal to send by USPS as this is a vintage item from 1991. Inside the bottle are several tiny shells, a small wooden and paper drink umbrella, and a rolled up scroll of paper on which to write your message. There is a slight crack at the top of the plastic and a small chunk missing from the cork. Please see photos and ask any questions before bidding. Thanks for looking and please
