Size: These are labeled as a "Kids' 5", but please *LOOK AT ALL MEASUREMENTS* noted in the photos. Based on measurements, they seem to be much larger than the labeled size.
Condition: Good, pre-owned. The belt is slightly twisted on one side (may be able to be fixed) and the fabric is fraying some in one spot on the waistband where the stitching has separated. There is one small stain on the front of the shorts that can be seen in the close up photo. The velcro for both side pockets is functional, but has some wear and tear on it. There are a couple small stains on the inside liner (cannot see when they are on), but no holes in the lining.
