You are considering a 20 Kg power twister/bendy bar. 25.5" long. Weighs just under 3 lbs. Minor nicks and scratches from honest use and storage. Structurally excellent condition. As 20 Kg is toward the lighter end of resistance in these type exercisers, it would be good for beginner or youth use. No brand name I can find other than a W logo molded into each rubber handle.
