This is a cool, genuine Ojiya Hon-asa (ramie) nagajuban (undershirt) fabric roll, with an off-white base and a see-through weave of summer flowers like clouds, mist, bush clover, pinks, and bamboo grass.

Cool ramie juban are perfect for summer wear. The ease of washing them at home is also great ^^

This item is from (Yugen Kaisha) Nakato Orimono Seiri in Omi City, Shiga Prefecture.
The "resin processing" on the label likely refers to shrinkage-resistant processing.
