Vintage Rothschild little girls purple wool and navy blue velvet trim peacoat and matching hat set. Size 4. No holes. Very small stain on back of right arm, (up close, last photo)but it is very hard to see. I did try to get it out and now it’s very light. Union made in the USA. Photos against bricks is a better representation of color.
